Thanks Girls!! I think the issue was along the lines of what Kat said...she cropped them and the dimensions were off so the photo got cropped even more when trying to print it at a larger size....all is fixed now and I thank you guys for your info!!!!!!!!!!

She literally just emailed me the 2 images "re-cropped" so i could order them at an 8x10. She knew I wanted to reprint. Shes a freak.l... I dont get it. But whatever .....all that and its solved. She said next time just to tell her ahead of time if I want to order reprints in a large size before...
