I print with both Shutterfly and Blurb. As far as shipping goes, Shutterfly ships to Sweden, so they should ship to Iceland too... Blurb has far better pricing, but when Shutterfly offers discount - they REALLY discount! I use Shutterfly for my vacation-books, because I like their glossy...
