i have bit of a thing for herringbone patterns at the moment, and it's a lovely colour combo you've used. i love the photo on the angle with the stamp underneath - clever focal point.
i usually do 12x12 or 8.5x11 pages, so i decided to do a 12x6. i also usually use a heap of stuff across ranges, so the only thing on this page that is not from the paislee press huntington range is the glitter alpha, and the font for the date.
oh, wow! this is amazing! i just *love* the way the photo blends into the background paper, and i'm terribly impressed with the restraint you used to add the artsy details (i go overboard and it looks awful), and that bird! too cute!
oh! this is what i want to be able to make! i can't really explain it, but something just *speaks* to me - and hooray for baker's twine in pixel format! :D
this is adorable! i love how the baby's all wrapped up under the layers, and the watercolour-y splodges and the teeny tiny hearts just set off the photo so nicely.
kiliki, i got a little worried when i saw your photo - it's just at the end of summer here, s everything is dryyyyy, and over the last few summers we've had several bad bushfires in our region. glad to realise that you're not evacuating and trying to save your house... :eek2:
