Patience seems to have many meanings and contexts. This is a bit of what it means to me.

Here's my Valentine.

My Valentine card for DH is a small mixed media collage and drawing. I love creating his cards and he saves every one. The background and smaller paper are blended.

Stunning photo and cool moose pictures make a wonderful LO. I admire your sunrise photos but don't see that time of day myself so I enjoy them even more.

The garden here gave me the idea to think warm and flowers!

I was inspired by the idea to scrap about another, warmer, time of year. I love to see these mallows bloom each year in August...six months from now.

This will never be my go to style, but the challenges seem to be getting a little easier. Thanks!

In the car hoping to hear a certain bird, the view through the sun roof on a sunny January day revealed a view I really liked.

I was excited to use the latest week plus one from last year.

Though it's been cold, we've had some sunny days when we got out for a little birding. That sun makes a difference though we aren't out very long.

Anne-Marie, you ATC is so beautiful but I'm afraid mine is more dramatic than beautiful. Challenging indeed too.

Scrapping an ATC with the word hate is not natural for me, but we do have love/hate relationships with many things, so here is the struggle between them. Thoreau's poem goes on and is more complex, but this is the part I wanted to apply.

I can remember doing blind scraps live so I really followed "blindly" doing each direction without looking ahead. Resulted in a really cramped cluster on the left, but this was so much fun. I interpreted paper elements as elements not full backgrounds.

This was fun to follow "blind" instructions to complete a LO. The day was 25 January 2025 and it was still pretty cold and windy.

Had various ideas for this that never quite took. Finally thought to do a really good time last summer.

I scrapped about this at the time, but this one focuses on celebrating for me and not the whole reception.
