We've been staying at Towering Pines for a week every summer for 20 years now. It's on Clamshell Lake, one of 14 interconnected lakes on the Whitefish Chain in Northern Minnesota. We spend hours on the boat just cruising around from one lake to another admiring the beautiful scenery, crystal...
Thank you so much for your lovely comments. It was fun brainstorming with her how we would use the fabrics and burlap. Plus we got the full tour of all the animals and a demo of the showmanship health check with her bunny. It was just wonderful having so much time with her.
Thank you so much, you are so sweet. They are cute until they eat things in my garden. :rotfl: They would hop away from me so I'd never get Grand Champion, she worked really hard to train and socialize him. She knows wayyyyy more about bunnies than the average person. :floorlaugh:
With the family name on them they are extra special. We made a pillow out of them a couple of years ago. I wouldn't get out a ladder to get something I don't need ether. :floorlaugh: It was fun to spend a bunch of time with her. The girl is so busy with volleyball and all of her animals , she's...
That is an amazing photo; the power of the ocean never ceases to amazes me, so incredible. Great use of the photo full sized and the frame rising out of the water to frame the focal point is wonderful. Lighthouses are very cool as is the way you used the fish.
That it a great photo and incredibly cool what you did with the background; LOVE that line drawing teatment and the way it's blended into the background paper. Love the simple embellishments, the fish are so fun.
It really is a lost art, and that's too bad; although, I have to admit, since joining the O, I've sewed very little. Thank you so much for your sweet comments, it was wonderful spending time with her.
That is a such a great photo, I'm such a fan of full-page photos and I really like the secondary framing pulling the to the focal point. Wonderful clustering, I like how you extended it beyond the photo.
Wowzah, this is ah-mazing, Debby. The photos are wonderful as always and there is so MUCH to love here. The blending of the large photo and the closeup of the frog just comes together so trautifully. I really like the smaller version of the frog checking out his "larger" self. Love the quote and...
Cousins are just the best, I wish I saw them as much as I did when I was a kid. Cousins are just the best, I wish I saw them as much as I did when I was a kid. Your clustering is jaw - droppingly stunning, I see even the birds are admiring the beauty.
Thank you so much for your sweet comments, Debby. She was really excited. She worked so hard with that black bunny to get him ready. She worked really hard with all of her animals, but one just never knows. Naturally it was crazy hot and the humidity was about a million percent.
COLOR PLAY July 2025 @ Oscraps
Lauren was so funny, she wanted me to take "professional" shots of 2 of her bunnies before the judging started. There are so many of them I forgot their names. I was really evident she put in a ton of work.
Oh my gosh, those photos are adorable, are they YOU???? Great paper choices and I really like the diagonal lines of color the papers form behind the photos. Beautiful clusters and I love how they pull the colors from your photos perfectly.
