I love that you used a black paper for this challenge. For a lot of people it’s not clear that “white space” doesn’t mean a white background, so this is perfect!
I just started 3 weeks ago…have to lose 88lbs….which sounds enormous. But high blood pressure and high cholesterol made it necassary as I do not want to take medication. Diet, exercise….let’s hope it’ll work. 3 weeks = 5,5 lbs lost so it’s a great start
