I started with "Solid Paper 1" from ArtPlay Palette Sea Life by Anna Aspnes, a neutral colored (white with a hint of grey) paper with a slight texture, blended in a few other papers, or pieces from that kit, added some gesso and paint splatter and a couple of "people" and...
