JOURNALING: Prior to venturing out onto the Hoover Mudflats Boardwalk, we had lunch at the Mudflats Bar & Grill. It was just a few steps from the boardwalk. We split a meal of Fried Baby Potatoes, Fried Green Tomatoes, and Mini Angus Burgers. The food was somewhat bland. Oh, well...cant win...
