What a poignant page... the stark red and black... my father was one of the first American army to enter Buchenwald... he was never the same and died a broken man... never forget indeed...

It is a horrible pain but it is beautiful that you are processing your grief with these lovely memories that will last... You are honoring your mother is a special way.
