I supposed in this region (European), the closest you get is A4 (11.7x8.3) size which differs slightly from 11x8.5". In the UK, there is a few companies that does portrait A4 sizes. Photobox - http://www.photobox.co.uk Blurb - http://www.blurb.co.uk These two do deliver overseas. -
