Another heritage page to add. Anja's newest product screamed "heritage" to me. This was a formal wedding photo but not of the bride and groom, taken in Chicago, Illinois. The gentleman pictured is either my maternal grandfather or one of his many brothers. The brothers all looked alike. :-)

My maternal grandmother came to the USA via Ellis Island back in 1907, accompanied by her uncle. She was 16 at the time. She stayed with a family for a few years in Utica, New York. This photo was taken in Utica. She ultimately traveled to Chicago, Illinois and married my grandfather. :-)
