The "whiskers on kittens" lyrics were my inspiration to do a page for my cat, Cantaloupe. She left us just before Christmas, at age 18. She gave us many happy memories. The postage frame for the photos was made by me with a round brush and some hole cutting.

Wow! Thank you for those encouraging words and the standing O honor. I was worried that I might not meet the challenge requirements because it wasn't actually about a trip or vacation.

my travel has been curtailed due to physical limitations, but with books I can go where ever I want, whenever I want.

The staples in the head say it all. But the piece as a whole is fantastic.

The lighting in here is beautiful. I can almost feel the warmth of the sunshine!

I chose a letter with a lot of acreage so I could put lots of things on it. You kept me busy for days with this challenge.

My inspiration was the sepia tone, the mix of animals and people, the right side up and upside down . I used the trees as a suggestion of borders and the book for a look of horizontal bands.
