Quick in and out. Still struggling with this head cold. Coughing like crazy which doesn't help the headache. I catnapped in the recliner all day yesterday. Went to bed at 8 and woke up at 3 coughing. So I came back to the recliner so I wouldn't disturb Mark. Tis my life for a couple more days...

I actually am feeling a little better today. Coughing my head off doesn't help the headache, however! Hopefully tomorrow will be even better!

What are you doing for Christmas?

My kids come here with their families plus a few others. We always play the dirty Santa game. We're together Friday and Saturday and end the weekend by attending church together before everyone heads home.

Quick in and out for me. No church for me today. But I slept a little better last night. Up every 4 hours for more Tylenol and nose blowing. Hope you have a wonderful day.

Actually chicken soup sounds really good. I'll have to eat some later as I just ate some apple slices.

Oh! Christmas wreath upon the wall, ’Neath memory’s tender spell A wondrous charm doth o’er thee fall, And round thy beauty dwell. — Anna de Brémont (1864-1922)

Boy, oh, Boy! I came down with something overnight! I woke up sick to my stomach (not really that unusual). Next thing I know my head is all stuffy, as is my nose....I don't understand how you can be stuffy and your nose runny at the same time! I have a headache and a sore throat. I didn't...

    December Days

Journaling reads: December days can be cold and grey. Today was one such day as we had errands to run. 12/16/24 A foggy day, the dampness clings, The cold seeps in to abuse the bones. A soggy day, a rain’s shower rings With music filled with many tones. Ernestine Northover
