To add the artist's notebook to the page, I decreased the size of the 12x12 paper and then changed it's angle on the page.

Color palette. Sometimes, a theme just may not fit me. It's much easier to make a color palette work for you than a theme.

Art journaling is definitely my favorite. Just so many different things to be done. My least favorite is white space. I think the layouts are gorgeous but when I do them, I always feel like the page would be better if it just had more paint. lol

i think it’s great that we are recognizing Juneteenth but it also seems weird to have people outside of Texas knowing about it. (I’ve known about it for a long time.) (It was also a paid holiday for my dh. Always good news.)
