It sounds like the "trim" feature (image - trim) in Photoshop..Is that not in PSE?

Made for the font challenge. Inspired by the stunning kits from Lynne and Teddi (Foxeysquirrel) I made a kind of collage scene

I made photos because I want to remember something (and 2 years later I already forgot what it was..:) ) Some things want to be photographed like wildflowers. but maybe it is my loan camera (a a canon SLR) ...

Made for the Heritage Challenge. photos are from 1974 (I was 6 , my brother 4) I used the Sphere filter (and some brush and Burn tool work) to get those balls. The Big photo was treated with the posterize filter

I have the same "problem" at home. Open the .png file. Resize it if bigger than 2500 Control -click on the miniature (of the file) in the layer panel to get it seleted Edit- Define as brush preset If you want more brushes in a abr file. Go to the preset mange, choose brushes in the drop down...
