Pretty serene after the long labor which impresses me. I had 50 hrs and still mostly only remember I was a wreck for weeks, but such an entirely different scenario. Love the lighting from the window on Jake. Beautiful! ;)
I like the word labels leading the eye into the frame, how you stamped the mistletoe onto the frame and how you added the green ribbon to the MM branch. Always so many cool tricks and a nice photo of the two of you.
Merry Christmas, Miki! I love how you tied the ornament in the top of the tree, and the deer off by himself as they tend to be. Also the way you used the green in your word art is fun. Great photos that work so well with that artsy tree.
The temperature fell to 16 below zero and we had about five inches of snow. We cancelled our trip to Greeley but still had lunch nearby with Jim. Ukraine's President Zelenskyy gave a speech to congress and there was great hope for peace and the our democracy would be saved.
Congratulations on your GSO! Love how you matched her sweater and your title wordArt. Off to find my AnnaBitz because I LOVE how they're working here for you in red.
I love your tree and how you made that part of the double pages a square. And the vertical typography in white. This might be my top all-time fave design of yours. You don't need all those templates. :D
This is so wonderful and I'm happy I found this amazing artist thanks to you. I'm so inspired and I needed something. His work will be perfect for my next project. :D
Congratulations on your newest family addition. She's so adorable and I love those eyes. Also like the dried flower a little bit translucent over the snowflake. ;)
As I got older, I realized the value of not only understanding other cultures but also of adding some of their traditions into our life. Ukraine was on my mind a lot, and Rhoda was Jewish. This was the first year we actually made Hanukkah, the festival of lights, part of our days from December...
The ground blizzards in the high valleys were fierce and they were creating cloud formations so we couldn't really tell where the swirling snow ended and a dense cloud began, and how much of it was being sublimated. It's a physics course I'd love to have taken.
