A beautiful portrait photo from Unsplash that I ran through Topaz Studio filter to give a sketched feel, then added elements from the new ArtPlay Alfresco Collection to finish this piece off.

I wanted to create a story piece between the bird and the mermaid. Hopefully conveying two halves, water and air.. I love creating story pieces, especially abstract in nature.

Using the Artplay Rougir collection, which is on sale till June 16. I wanted to build my own bouquet, I found an urn in my stash and it was a matter of finding and placing flower elements to design the perfect bunch of flowers.

This piece was created using elements from aA Aubade packs. I wanted to create an abstract beach scene. The process entailed dragging different elements onto the canvas to create the beach and wave. Then I realised something was missing, so I got the surfer and everything seemed to fall together.

I started this piece with a blank canvas and placed the daisy, which I HAD to use - so pretty, I then found the netting to use as a abstract style stem. After that I went through the collection to build around. A lot of elements where implemented using the soft light blend mode.
