Wow Kythe I had NO idea about this plant...you say it can reduce swelling? My ankle is swollen, Dr said it's a vein issue and nothing can be done, so I have to have a big fat ankle..lol She told me to wear a compression sock. I wish I knew more about healing through plants and herbs!

Thank you :) I am so very blessed to still have my mother..she is so bright and smart and happy..she lost her home in the Paradise Fire, burned right to the ground as did most of the entire town, she arrived at my home driving her 1999 Jeep with the clothes on her back and all the Bears from her...
