I am such a fan of Icelandic wool--on our first trip, before I even learned how to knit, I brought home half-a suitcase of Alafoss Lopi that I found deeply discounted at the Alafoss Outlet...now it's one of my favorite yarns for sweaters. What a wonderful trip this is!
Took me to pages 14-15 to get to the actual ceremony! I figure I'm about halfway done with this album, though I'm really in no hurry. Shooting for a Spring birthday delivery.
I never really understood the requisite photos that feature "the shoes" in traditional wedding albums, but figured I'd do a page featuring my daughter's boots for her wedding album because they were just so darn cool.
Thanks...what gets me is that all the times we've seen the lights in the Hudson Valley, they've just happened. No forewarning, no explanation, but wide areas of the sky are just suddenly glowing. We've never seen skies like this before.
This is the first year for us, and strange because the lights have actually happened a few times and it's random. I still am not understanding it--need to do more research!
Wow! This is an intriguing design, because it captures both getting to what you saw and then what you saw. The road photo at the bottom really unifies the idea.
EEEK! The gum wrappers! I remember! Love this layout and especially how you juxtaposed all the pieces together with the extraction. This page definitely "pops"!
