It's a spotted pardalote and such a tiny bird. We see them early or late in the day foraging in the canopy of trees by the house. It's habitat is threatened and so it's now an endangered species though there seems to be quite a few on our own small forested acreage.

Beautiful photos. It's awhile since I saw an eagle. I used to see them often enough feeding off road-kill. They'd take off in slow motion when they saw a vehicle coming. Occasionally they'd be too slow . Always devastating to see the result. I'm glad to got to see this one.

I followed one of Anna's recent tutorials for this layout. Made it very quick and easy. I selected an artsy paper, positioned a fotoblendz over it to blend in my photo, added the frame with another photo. I then borrowed a text box because I wanted to explain the photo but Anna used some WordArt.
