This year my Mother-in-law's family will join to celebrate 50 years of their annual party! With few exceptions, we have attended most of the events. With my MIL gone now, it is a bit different, but still a fun way to catch up with aunts, uncles, cousins, etc. The party is truly a special...
Every December (well, almost every year), I write a Christmas letter to send with my cards. This year I made the letter into a sort-of scrapbook page using a Maya DeGroot template. I have faded the text for this challenge and will delete the title and journaling under the photos before printing...
Great job of creating clusters of embellishments - they mimic the ornaments on the tree quite nicely. And your word strips coordinate perfectly with the sweet photo!
Christmas TreeMerry Christmas!
I love how your photos have such a cohesive color palette. There is so much to look at, yet it is not overwhelming. Nice way to incorporate many holiday traditions!
Christmas TreeMerry Christmas!
Your layout is beautiful! I love how you tucked the title between the threadz and the frame above it. This really ties the layout together - the principle of unity I believe!
Christmas TreeMerry Christmas!
I got a kick out of your little reindeer ready to sample the flatbread! Looks like he is also peeking out from your cluster at the bottom of the layout. Great job of creating that cluster! So many fun seasonal elements. #clap
At first glance, this layout appears simple, but there are so many neat details. First off, the picture invites the viewer to imagine the rest of the little person who is reaching up on tiptoes to decorate the tree. Then all of the embellishments anchor the photo so nicely. My favorite is the...
Thank you all for the kind comments! The blended photo was made in large part by using an overlay in the Winter Walk kit as a clipping mask for the photo. I tweaked it a bit and added a blending mode to achieve the desired effect. Thanks @emeto, Merry Christmas to all!
So festive! It looks like Santa and your little lady are ready for "Dancing with the Stars!" Great job of combining elements from so many designers. #clap
I like that you made the recipe the star of the page. You also make me look good (better than deserved) when you credit me for the original layout! I love the ** at the bottom - more butter and more sugar - YES, please! :D

Scraplift of my first OS layout. I used the Boho Summer Collab, especially the aA template in the collection. The layout features a photo of my DGD on her 12th birthday.
I used the AFT designs "Celebrate" collection and this card practically made itself! I blended three different papers for the background (Have I said how much I love blending modes!). The papers are - Celebrate Paper_10, Celebrate_Paper_Bases_1, and Celebrate_Paper_Bases_10. Blending modes were...
