Comment by 'Applechick' in media 'Cat Rules'

This made me laugh! We always used to have cats; four at one point and at the moment we have my cousin's cat as a house guest while they are away for a month. I have to say I do admire a cat's disdain for anything approaching house rules! I really love how you have used the template and the...

    Horace

Another one for the book - my husband's Grandfather. What did I do? shuffled around transfers on top of a plain foundation paper, extracted the figure, used some artsy stains on top to distress a bit. Photograph of the young Horace id color burn mode and the one of him holding my husband as a...

I absolutely adore your page, it's stunning! I also love your honesty, it must have been hard for your Grandma, married so very young and having many children in difficult circumstances but it's important that we tell these stories, tell the truth about what life was like for our ancestors.

    Stuck in the middle

The Seventies! I've heard it described as the decade that taste forgot Lol! I used the Artsy template from the collection, turned off the layer with the butterfly, or is it a moth? Dropped in some extra transfers and stains, record embellishment, wordart and called it done!

    Just William

I've taken a break from the poverty of my side of the family to research my husband's family - this is about family on his maternal Grandmother's side starting with his Great, Great Grandfather William Ray. I haven't been able to track any photographs down but there must be some out there...
