I hate to bother you, but when I try to checkout with the coupon code, I receive the following message. Can you help me figure out what I am doing wrong? I am logged in, and I even tried to copy/paste in case I was typing it wrong. Any ideas?

Coupon not available. Possible reasons:
- the coupon code you entered is incorrect;
- the coupon can be used only by a registered customer;
- the coupon is disabled or expired.
Make sure you have typed the coupon code correctly; if you haven't yet logged in, do so. If none of this works, report the problem to the administrator.
