I used all joyful heart design goodies. On a white background I added joyfulheartdesigns-paperpalooza1-paperpiece3 then desaturated it and used exclusion blend mode to add the right amount of grunge. Also used: most of joyfulheartdesigns-colorcrush69-stampsandstuff...
