Been up since 6:30AM and busy as can be. The girls are running errands that must be done before DD#1 flies home this evening. DD#1 stripped the guest room bed and the sheets just finished washing/drying. Need to get that bed made up this morning. Will do the other load of towels, etc...

Finally.... tech was here for over an hour. Swapped out the modem and had to do several other things but finally can receive and send call on my landline. Not sure what the problem was as when he put the new modem in - it still had no dial tone. Had to reset the new modem a couple of times...
