I treated the image with watercolor techniques and filter cutout.
I used from the new*** Artplay Palette Destiny a background paper,
I applied to the background paper the layer blending mode "subtract". combined with a gradient layer what changed the color of the background quite a bit.
I also used the fantastic multimedia frame #1 around the image in the lower right corner.
I completed the page with various 12x12 border overlays adding and subtracting pieces among of them I also I used the border overlay viaggio .
