Process: I started by removing masks/frames from Artsy Template No. 284. Added solid background paper from ArtPlay Palette Inkling. Added and duplicated masked photo. Clipped APP Inkling solid papers to template stains and APP flower brush. Duplicated aqua stain and placed over and toward top of photo. Clipped aqua glow to bottom layer of masked photo and played with blending modes, then reduced opacity of top photo layer. Added element cluster, and word label (blending applied), and title.
