I made the photo a bit more vibrant in Photoshop.
In a new document I clipped the photo to a WaterColor FotoBlendz No. 4
I placed the frame.
I placed the background
I added all the transfers and brushes some were (re) colored.
I placed the elements.
I blended a duplicate of the photo in the background.
After the merging of the layers I did some Dodge and Burn work and some sharpening.
