I started with background paper 15 from Lynnes Rustbucket kit then added a B&W adjustment layer above the background layer. I then added Mask 4 (the dark street) from Lynnes Magical World of Wizards Kit, Wizard 1, the sprite, metal flower6 from Rustbucket kit, clock from Rustbucket and Wizard 1 from Floral Fancy kit.
Above all these layers, I added Floral Fancy Wizard_Paper 1 using an Overlay Blend which gave me the overall aqua color. I then highlighted the layer with the wizard on the left (Silhouette) and added a layer style stroke from the blending options, matching the aqua color of the Floral Fancy paper and also added an Outer Glow from the blending options.
If you right click on the layer with the stroke and outer glow you can copy and then paste the layer styles to any other layer as I did with the wizard on the right and the sprite.
I wasnt happy with the color of the wizard on the right so I added a pattern overlay from my pattern list to make him darker to match the rest of the spooky theme.
