Process Notes: Using solid paper 2 as my foundation, I positioned transfer 2 on the paper and blended to Linear Burn. Over it I placed my photo, resizing and using a reverse mask, I brushed the photo into the transfer with Annas Artsy Brushes. (I use those a lot on my layouts.) I clipped a black and white adjustment layer to the photo and above that a brightness/contrast layer after blending the photo to Hard Light.

I duplicated the photo and ran the Poster Edges filter on it and used another brightness/contrast adjustment layer, turning down the opacity of the photo to 75% after blending to Hard Light.

I used a brush along the left and bottom of the photo to get a little more texture and also brushed away a part of the transfer along the left side to smooth out the edge.

Using overlay 3 from the Palette in the upper left corner, blended to Linear Burn after resizing it, then adding transfer 6 to the bottom also blending to Linear burn after flipping it vertically and resizing. On the right edge I put overlay 1 and blended to Linear Burn.

From the Hearth word art, I placed one on the window, resizing and another nestled in the bottom bricks on the right side, blending that one to Hard Light. Positioning the button and giving it a drop shadow, I added the threads over it.

Then I worked on the title, giving it a gold style I have in my stash and using the blend ifs on it to allow the brick to come through. And to finish it up, I used the daisies at the bottom of the page and called it done.
Love the dark colors. The gold style on the title. The textures. The brick. The flowers.

Gosh you are so good with your instructions - unlike me LOL!
