Here's my entry for the July 2014 Prompt Challenge - Outside.
My daily dog walks provided the inspiration for this challenge - thank goodness, then for the phone camera in my pocket!
Journaling reads:
I walk my dogs everyday; we seek out wilderness. The dogs love the woodland smells and I love the serene quietness. I really appreciate that we can get away from it all on our daily walks. I have been a dog owner most of my life and have always walked my dogs in locations like this, yet I have constantly had to justify keeping a dog where I live. You see this location is not where youd expect. This location is slap bang in the middle of London, not 5 miles from the very heart of the city. Who says dogs lead a better life in the country?!
