Process:
Started with an Artsy Layered Template No. 126
Replaced several layers with an Artsy Paper from ArtPlay Palette Wish
Clipped my photo and a transfer to the clipping masks
Added Doily Edge Overlay & recolored
Placed SparkleDots & loop
Placed Wish WordART, applied the overlay blending mode & duplicated several times
Finished by placing elements from ArtPlay Palette Wish
