I used some artistic filters on the photo and did some color enhancements.
In a new document I clipped the photo and a duplicate of the photo to a brush and transfer from APP Airy. I placed the backgroundpaper. I placed all the brushes and transfers. I placed the wordart and the elements from the APP and MM Daisies no 1. I placed some extra artstrokes for some movement. I placed some glows from the FotoGlow Mix, set to different Blendmodes. I merged the layers and did some sharpening. On a new layer I made a square selection and stroked it with 3 green pixels. I gave it some Gaussian blur to make a vignette around the page.
