Process
A solid paper from APP Epoch was used as the foundation of the page. Strips of artsy paper 2 were added. The tulips in the photo were extracted, duplicated two more times. A Color Half Tone adjustment was added and the blending modes were changed to color burn and hard light. Using the Text on a Selection tool a text path was created and the four words were added around the tulips. Using the Text on a Shape tool, a circle was created allowing for a circular text path. This was repeated 2 more times resizing the circle smaller. Text was added. The layers were merged, duplicated, resizes and a gaussian blur was added. The page was completed by adding more word art, dimensional embellishments, splatters and transfers.
