I'm a little late to join in on the 1 week - 1 photo challenge, but here is my colorful food. A new recipe I just concocted of firm chocolate tomatoes wrapped in prosciutto, interspersed with Persian cucumbers, and topped with raspberry vinaigrette. Yummy and colorful.
