Journaling:
Today we gathered red
berries to add to our fall
centerpiece from Thanksgiving.
As we gathered in the after-
noon chill my mind was thinking
about the word warmth. My
thoughts turned to my Grandma
Alma and the coats covering the
warm bodies of my children. Every
year since I had Gideon and Yeshua
my grandma sent a winter package
with coats, PJs, socks & undies. My kids
tend to grow on the small side and
she tended to shop on the big side
so they are still in last years coat.
My heart warmed as I realized
how she has extended warmth to
my kids despite being far from us.
