Using images from my London trip on a Rooftop Garden,
I used APP Axiom paper as a background piece and then UrbanThreads FotoBlenz Frames No 3 A and a splatter from the palette to create the piece.

I clipped my image to the FotoBlenz frame via ALT+CTRL+G and moved it around with free transform (CTRL+T) till I was happy with the image.

Finally I selected a splatter brush png file from APP Axiom to finish it.
