This photo was taken by a friend who recently traveled to Venice.
I used it for an assignment at Get It Scrapped "Using the color mint on scrapbook pages" http://debbiehodge.com/2012/11/ideas-for-mint-on-scrapbook-layouts/
The colors in the photo are achieved by blending on color burn mode into a patterned paper.
(Anna's AP Mint Blizzard would have been great to use, but it wasn't released yet when i did this page)
