I used;
Artsy Bits&Pieces 1 and 2, Artstrokes, Botanical Blender Masks, Papers Solids, PT Stamped Letters, PT Mix of styles.

I made the photo artistic with the filters in Photoshop and Topaz Impression. I merged a couple of phototreatments in different blendmodes.
In a new document I clipped 5 copies of the photo to the Botanical Blender Masks and also to some Artsy Bits&Pieces. I placed the background paper. I placed the Artsy Bits&Pieces (some under and also over the photo). I gave the girl a flower in her hand by following the lines of the photo. I placed the Artstrokes. I placed the Stamped Letters and the arrows.
I merged the layers and did some sharpening work.
