Gosh this took a long time. I finally cracked re-colouring png files in Affinity so thought I'd tackle Anna's frames. Using a multi-layered frame in Affinity proved to be tricky and took me hours to get right - mainly because the layers kept ungrouping when I moved each photo/frame into my page. Finally realised I could lock the layers and hurray, it's done.
