Stop watching and listening to the news! Sereiously! The producers of news are in business to create crises where none exist, mainly for the sake of their ratings. Most news does not affect you in any way, nor can you do anything about those things that are causing you distress. In the end, everything works out. There will be fluxuations, and changeslike the weather which we will weather! Changes that are bad for some, will be good for others, and then it will reverse itself. It always does.
