The BG paper is most of what's under the photo with a few additions. I can't do BIG, I just can't! I shrunk the paper probably by half. This left quite a few large gaps to fill. I used the Brush tool (B), picked the BG colour and painted. The bit to the left of the photo had a straight line just after the word strips as I had shrunk it. Using the Stamp tool (S) and a few Anna bits I sort of made up that edge. Now I've shared this you will look closely and think how utterly crap I really am!
NB: Some elements have been recoloured and/or blended
