Process:

The trick for me was to get the spotlight on my daughter's new (temporary) unicorn tattoo, so my first decision was to showcase the tattoos as dimensional tiles, using the Woodshop Canvas Frames, For the larger photo, I first converted the photo to black and white, added the wood frame, then clipped a color copy of the photo to the frame canvas, to accentuate the tatooted area. To add light, I layered multiple overlays of transfer #8, which contains a built-in Fotoglow, over my daughter--by alternating multiply and overlay modes, and always masking away the face portions to prevent over-darkening, I was able to achieve the light I wanted.

I duplicated the photo/frame/transfer assembly to make a little tile and moved it to the right, then added the multimedia keys, button, and words. I used the Fotoblendz to give shape to the transfers and overlays that came with the artplay palette. I finished it all off with the white stitch overlay.

The font is Scriptina, a typeface often used for tattoos. It seemed to fit the theme.
