Process
ALT 185 was opened up. A solid paper from APP Party was used as the foundation for the page. The photos were clipped to the frame masks. The larger photo was clipped to the white paint layer. Some of the layers of the template were turned off, others were recolored. A transfer from the kit way placed behind the photo frames. MultiMedia Balloons and MultiMedia Magic Sprinklez were added, along with a Jazzed Up Loop Da Loop element. The page was finished by adding word art and some dimensional embellishments.
