I love fields of goldenrod in bloom but it is also sad, signaling that summer is ending. This photo was on 9/13 when we were birding and had LOTS of goldenrod about.

OMG, I LOVE this, it is stunning! That bright yellow green is just fluorescent against that background. The blending is stunning and with all of the textures I want to reach out and touch it, though I must admit I'd be using my inhaler constantly if I were around the goldenrod. The simple embellishment is all this gorgeous page needs. Thank you for taking part in my challenge.
