Journalling reads

A friend once commented to
me about the Maori concept of Turangawaewae.
It means a place to stand. A place to belong. Her comment struck a
chord inside of me as i realised how long I have been looking for my
home, a place where I belong. We have moved often, across New Zealand
& now within Australia. Yet I still dont feel like I have found that
place. As far as places go, home is still the town where I was born.
My home will always be with my husband, lover partner, soulmate, Mike.
But I always hope that one day we will drive down a road & find it.
