Photoshop Elements 14

I enlarged the template's frames for three of my photos and then clipped the fourth to the Fotoblendz overlay. I used the rest of the template as is, clipping an Artsy Paper to one of the template's paint layers. Lots of the multimedia rain elements completed this layout for my grandson's memory book.
