Process
Placed background paper and then focal photo. Changed blend mode of photo to Lighter Color. Using the magic wand tool I made a selection of the shirt from the photo and copied it to a new layer above the original photo. Keeping this copy's blend mode normal I clipped the compass photo to the shirt.
The E was not visible so went back to the original compass photo and selected then copied to a new layer the letter E. To help it stand out against the globe I added a small drop shadow.
The space shuttle photo was then added with a blend mode of Overlay. To give a feeling of outer space the star fotoglow was used with a lowered opacity. Next the edge overlay was added and it was enlarged to give the edge detail I wanted and a color adjustment layer was used to color it.
Wordart, brushes and another fotoglow finished everything off.
