One of the family photographs I inherited - two of my cousins in 1948.

Started with the photograph, extracted the figures and played about with levels and curves then duplicated and changed top layer to overlay. I experimented with a couple of the artsy papers and originally used a dark paper but preferred the page composition of this lighter paper. I moved the paper up the page and filled in the gap at the bottom with the white paper from the AP erasing the hard line from the top paper - I see that I still need to refine this but I'll go back later. The rest is a selection of stains, glows and elements fro MM Branches repositioned till I got the flow I wanted plus brushes from take flight 3 and word art. The date is scanned from the back of the photograph.
