We took a horse and buggy tour of Cozumel while were there earlier this year. We've been there several times, but this time, we had been sick on the boat and though freed from our cabin finally, we were still feeling weak and puny. The tour sounded like something we could handle and still get off that boat for awhile. It was interesting seeing Cozumel this way. Beautiful homes standing right next door to empty shells of buildings. One block full of tourists, the block to the right of that avenue full of grafitti and poorer neighborhoods. We ate in a small cafe off the main street due to recommendations from other passengers. Small but the food was tasty.
